- Service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, provided the service has not been initiated.
- Once a service has been processed or submitted to government portals, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel a request, contact us within 24 hours at our helpline or email.

3. Refund Eligibility (धनवापसी पात्रता)
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user.
- Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical error.
- Service cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window.
⚠️ Note: Most government-related services (PM KISAN, eKYC, etc.) are free of charge. Payments, if any, are only for value-added assistance services.
4. Non-Refundable Cases (धनवापसी नहीं होगी)
- Service has already been delivered or submitted.
- Cancellation requested after 24 hours of payment.
- Incorrect information provided by the user causing service failure.
- Government portal rejection due to user's own documentation issues.
- Transaction/payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

- Submit refund request via email or helpline within 24 hours.
- Provide your transaction ID, registered mobile number, and reason for refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
